Apply to Become an In-House Volunteer
In-House Hospice & Palliative Care is grateful that you are considering becoming a hospice volunteer. To be a volunteer, there are several requirements that you must first fulfill. Those are:
Application
Print out our application 
, fill in the required information, and fax or deliver it to the office nearest to your home or work.Once your application is received, the local volunteer coordinator will contact you to schedule an interview.
Background check
Each volunteer will be required to go through a background check. You will fill out the background check form when you meet with the volunteer coordinator
Tuberculosis test
Before being placed with a patient, all companion and pet therapy volunteers must have an up-to-date tuberculosis test or negative chest x-ray on file.
